The Job at a Glance

Support marketing a fast moving, growth-oriented brand, new web and digital experiences and initiatives developed for the long haul. This role supports the Marketing team with the vision and execution for Encompass Supply Chain Solutions.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact on the team; working alongside our Integrated Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of marketing strategies related to driving parts sales and customer partnership growth.

A Typical Day

  • COLLABORATE & EXECUTE: Our Assistant Marketing Manager will be brainstorming and collaborating with the VP of Marketing and Integrated Marketing Managers to plan and execute creative marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate customer engagement, and -of course – drive parts sales.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Assist in the management of multiple projects at a time, in a fast-paced environment.
  • REPORTING: Collect and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to measure campaign success and help shape future marketing strategies.
  • MANUFACTURER SUPPORT: Our partners and internal stakeholders will come to you with questions-and you will have answers. You will work with the team to solve their problems and provide insights based on data, trends and goals.
  • RESEARCH: Research/maintain knowledge of up-and-coming industry trends, create and maintain competitive landscape analysis.
  • Support other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and support our Core Values.

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have 2+ years of marketing and/or project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • You have fantastic communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about marketing with a good understanding of (or interest in) the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • You’re a self-starter with experience that drives results.
  • Bonus points if you know your way around HubSpot and Qlik.
