Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic market research to help identify customer needs and emerging market trends.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation such as concept notes, feature specifications, and product briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Sharia, Operations) to gather inputs and ensure timely progress on product development initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports related to product performance and pipeline updates.
  • Assist in collecting data for pricing benchmarks and help draft pricing proposals for review.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Track tasks and timelines across product development initiatives, and maintain trackers and MIS reports.
  • Support the testing and rollout of new products, ensuring feedback loops are properly documented.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Product Development and Product Managers.
  • Help schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product development, financial services, or a related support function.
  • Must have worked in a Sharia Compliant environment
  • Exposure to banking, insurance, or investment products is a plus.
