Assistant eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager

Given the fast-growing trend for eCommerce, the (Assistant) E-commerce Customer Marketing Manager is one of the key drivers to support the growth of B2C and B2B businesses leveraging online resources and programs. This role will help CVI brands gain market competitive edge and contribute to key ecommerce sustainable growth.
- Strengthen CV preference online and optimize profitable sales of CVI product portfolio leveraging on various internal & customer resources- market research, brand content, customized programs, trial programs, customer linked CRM programs, PS training to customers and so on.
- Define, analyze and prioritize the insights about the customers, the environment and trends that impact business decisions
- Drive traffic to website; constantly work to optimize traffic and conversion, increasing sales opportunities (SEO/SEM)
- Manage implementation of digital marketing plans in support of marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign data and metrics. Gather data from vendors/partners about traffic, online behavior, response rates and marketing campaigns. Leverage these analytical insights to develop recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments to ensure maximum ROI
- Analyze traffic patterns, demographics, and user behavior to provide insights to marketing manager to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing peers and the broader organization (sales team, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure the linkage between company strategies and customer plans
- Activate customer engagements, lead the cooperation between sales/marketing/customer
- Effectively utilize various resources as well as first-hand experience to unlock key insights and opportunities for customers
- Maintain relationships with internal and external functions to successfully execute plans
When required, organize and lead cross-functional teams to support specific initiatives/projects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive communication and excellent communication skills
- Excellent marketing and presentation knowledge with business acumen, to be the company ambassador
- Market and customer insights with analysis, accuracy and attention to details
- Work independently with the excellent attitude to collaborate with other departments
- Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience developing E-commerce customer marketing plan and digital marketing strategies for B2B and B2C businesses with a proven ability to apply capabilities and technology to accomplish business objectives and marketing goals
- Excellent analytical skills, statistics and financial analyses in addition to data interpretation and analysis skills
Work Environment: Normal office environment. Regular travel is required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience in digital/E-commerce marketing or marketing, preferably in FMCG and health care industry. Related technical background is beneficial. Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
