You’ll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.This a great career opportunity for someone wanting to get in to the Genesis Group of Clubs and receive the support to be developed further into an outstanding leader.Your key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets
• Manage and motivate a team
• Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
• Assist the CGM in implementing an annual sales and marketing planner
• Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
• Provide exceptional Customer service to our members
• Assist the CGM in implementing the retention programs of the business
• Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members

You must:

• Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
• Have management experience (essential)
• Be results driven
• Have experience managing staff and budgets
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• Sale Management experience
