About the roleThe Area Sales Manager plays a crucial operational role, overseeing 15+ hearing clinics in the VIC Region to meet sales revenue, KPI, and staffing targets. This role is responsible for driving area sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high productivity and exceptional customer experiences. The Area Sales Manager leads their team in collaboration with the region’s Associate Sales Director, HR Business Partner, and Retail Excellence Training Team.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and support numerous initiatives that underpin our business strategy including, but not limited to:Revenue generations and sales management
People management and organisation effectiveness
Operational excellence & network development
