As an Advertising Specialist at Inline, you will work closely with our restaurant partners, customer support team, revenue operations, product, sales, and operations teams to provide clients with the finest recommendations and assist them in achieving maximum growth.Main Skills:? Responsible for identifying opportunities and transforming innovative ideas into advertising campaigns via various mediums including but not limited to digital, social media, print.
? Assist in comprehending clients’ needs and pain points, and aided in conducting market research to offer the best recommendations to clients.
? Formulate and devise advertising and event strategies for clients to enhance brand stickiness and elevate the overall service experience.
? Monitor the performance and data of plans, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with client requirements.
? Responsibility for commissioning and conducting market research to identify market opportunities for both new and existing products and services.
? Provided recommendations on all facets of advertising and marketing, such as product portfolio, pricing, artwork design, copywriting, media production advertising and promotions, and sales.
? Maintain regular contact with partner restaurants and activate a set of services that drive revenue growth, including TMS, food ordering, key integration partnerships rollout, and other add-ons.
? The ability to work closely with internal teams, both National, Regional, and Global, to solve problems and ensure that feedback received improves inline operations and strategy.Qualifications and experience
? Fluent in Mandarin and English.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Account Manager, or relevant background involving servicing clients in the F&B.
? Knowledge/worked in a SaaS F&B industry.
? An understanding of market trends and marketing business strategies.
? Proactive and be able to implement fast thinking on your feet and moving swiftly through fire drilling situations.
? Desire to work with restaurants and build a strategic partnership.
? Problem-solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it.
? A passion for the inline mission, brand, and product and the ability to act as an ambassador for the company in all interactions.
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion client needs.
? Great collaborator and someone who proactively partners across teams while holding them accountable for business results.
? Strong communication skills; ability to distil complex data sets into simple and digestible takeaways for senior leaders and managers.Package:
