Job description: Product Owner – Digital Solutions (Manufacturing, Prague)A leading international manufacturing company in Prague is seeking a Product Owner to drive digital transformation and enhance customer experience through Adobe-based solutions.Tasks

• Define and prioritize product features based on business needs and market trends.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, collaborating across marketing, sales, and development teams.
• Manage Agile backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee Adobe product implementation, ensuring high usability and quality.
• Lead customer research to optimize user experience.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, ideally in manufacturing/software environments.
• Strong experience in Agile, JIRA, and digital product development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro).
• Fluent English (spoken & written).

Preferred:

• CSPO certification or SAFe experience.
• Experience in global, cross-functional environments.
