Job description: To ensure the smooth and efficient daily administrative operations of the company while providing essential support to the sales, marketing, and executive teams, and coordinating tasks between departments.Key Responsibilities * Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, and calls.
- Prepare and manage real estate contracts, agreements, and forms (e.g., Form A, B, F as per DLD requirements).
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files related to property listings and clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, property visits, and company events.
- Follow up on documentation with government authorities (Ejari, DLD, RERA).
- Upload and manage property listings on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
- Assist the sales team with quotation sheets, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Manage office suppliers, stationery, and service providers.
- Support the sales team in customer follow-up, reporting, and appointment scheduling.
- Track expiration dates for trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and renewals.
