Job description: To ensure the smooth and efficient daily administrative operations of the company while providing essential support to the sales, marketing, and executive teams, and coordinating tasks between departments.Key Responsibilities * Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, and calls.

  • Prepare and manage real estate contracts, agreements, and forms (e.g., Form A, B, F as per DLD requirements).
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files related to property listings and clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, property visits, and company events.
  • Follow up on documentation with government authorities (Ejari, DLD, RERA).
  • Upload and manage property listings on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Assist the sales team with quotation sheets, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Manage office suppliers, stationery, and service providers.
  • Support the sales team in customer follow-up, reporting, and appointment scheduling.
  • Track expiration dates for trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and renewals.
