AAG is looking for an enthusiastic, sincere person who is comfortable providing support to other team members. Learning about AAG’s environmentally friendly bio products is a prerequisite to understand the market and AAG’s goals.
This is a .8 position (Tuesday – Friday), located in Raymond, AB, AAG’s head office.
As an Administrative/Marketing Support, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support
- Manage e-commerce sales
- Work directly with clients
- Take messages
- Schedule meetings, create agendas and plan events
- Assist with company’s Marketing Plan
- Assist in social media marketing and website optimization
- Work in Copper (CRM) for constant contact

Essential Qualifications:
- Related diploma in business/marketing
- Proven experience in administration and/or marketing (minimum 2 years)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Navigation on Mac computers and Smart Phones
- Knowledge of social media and marketing software
- Strong technical writing skills, with an “eye for design and layout”
- Flexibility to switch tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Criminal Record Check
