  • Working in a small, close knit team to provide full administration support to this regional office
  • Typing of subcontractor orders, meeting minutes and routine correspondence and other documentation
  • Manage stock levels for marketing merchandise and company uniforms
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the team
  • Oversee office equipment and organise maintenance and repairs
  • Provide general admin support to the team – including answering incoming calls, data entry and database management
  • Ordering of stationery and office consumables (including keeping the kitchen and biscuit jar well stocked!)
  • Assist the marketing team with any internal and external client events, functions
  • Document control on Asite including uploading and superseding documents for project team.
  • Meeting room bookings and maintaining meeting rooms in a presentable state prior and after any meeting.

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on producing quality administration support and a high level of customer service
  • A professional attitude with an energetic and proactive approach to the work you do. You are a self-starter who excels in an environment that is about high quality work and performance
  • Interpersonal skills that reflect your warmth and enthusiasm
  • You have a natural flair for organisation, you can handle multiple tasks with a sense of calm and ease
  • You are completely comfortable doing those important yet ‘housekeeping’ type tasks – unpacking the dishwasher and general upkeep of the office
  • Your customer service skills are flawless, and you enjoy being the first point of call for your colleagues and peers and you enjoy working closely with external stakeholders of the business
  • Drivers License is required
