Activation Marketing Specialist (New Health Care Company)

Sumare, Brazil

This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the “New Health Care Company”. 

 

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. 

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As Activation Marketing Specialist you will play a key role for boosting demand generation programs in the Oral Care Division in Brazil. In this role you will be able to make an impact by contributing to adjust and execute the prioritized marketing campaigns for the region as well as performing activities that support the growth of the Division in all our sales channels. You will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers, key opinion leaders, sales team, clinical specialists, and global marketing teams, aiming to understand and adjust the Division’s programs to the needs and opportunities in Brazilian market. Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Develop deep understanding and critical needs of regional Oral Care Market and perform complex market analysis on customer, channel, and competitor trends.
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan, providing input to the Marketing team on content creation, digital conversion, and pricing promotions
• Lead localization and activation of global marketing programs and product launches with sales and clinical teams while managing the local marketing activation calendar.
• Analyze and develop pricing strategies based on customer and market insights.
• Work with supply chain and portfolio team to develop demand plans.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, scientific affairs, and clinical teams to engage key opinion leaders, health care professionals and channel teams.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 

• Marketing, administration, or engineering degree or above
• Experience in Marketing and/or Business Development
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Excellent English command in both written and oral
• Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers
• Experience in consumer goods and/or promotional marketing
• Social media and digital marketing activation knowledge
• Spanish command in both written and oral
• MBA

Work location: Sumare (Hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 30%, domestic
