Job description: As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns to boost product awareness and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver effective marketing strategies.In this role, you’ll:Develop & Execute Acquisition Strategies: Create targeted marketing plans designed to attract and engage new customers.Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital and traditional campaigns, ensuring they meet defined performance and compliance standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop compelling marketing offers while ensuring regulatory adherence.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimise campaigns.Budget Oversight: Manage allocated marketing budgets to ensure effective resource use and cost-efficient campaign execution.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Optimisation: Contribute to the test and learn strategy across campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and improvement across key metrics.Ideally, we’re looking for someone:What capabilities does the employee need to succeed in this opportunity?Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Has 5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or related roles with a proven track record in campaign execution and performance analysis.Demonstrates strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.Excels at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Possesses a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Has a Google Marketing Platform certification (plus but not mandatory).Proven experience partnering with digital agencies to develop and optimize innovative marketing campaigns is highly valued.Experience in Financial Services or a similar industry (plus but not mandatory).Sometimes the best candidates don’t have 100% of what is listed above, but if you have most and are confident, you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!Recognition @ Latitude: Education support, Better giving programme with charity partners, Latitude matches dollar for dollar and Community partner daysFlexibility @ Latitude: Flexible work arrangements – balance work and personal responsibilities, Hybrid set up – work from home & the office, 3 Days paid volunteer leave annually, paid community service leave, paid compassionate / bereavement leaveYearly salary reviews.Sound like you?
