The Role and What You’ll Do:

160over90 is seeking an Account Manager to join the Social and Creator Marketing team. The Account Manager will play an integral role helping lead strategy and planning efforts while executing approved social and creator programs.

Our Social and Creator Marketing team is at the forefront of internet culture and pioneering the creator marketing space with many Fortune 50 clients. Our diverse team believes in developing authentic relationships between brands and creators with influential voices, across all platforms. We take a data-driven, strategic approach combined with creativity and long-term experience in the space. Our approach leads to what our clients consider to be some of the most effective creator and social marketing in the industry. 

  • Develop and execute social media and creator programs from strategic and creative development, identification of creators, negotiations and contracts, briefing and content approvals, posting and measurement. 
  • Develop and manage large production budgets. 
  • Create KPIs based on program plan. 
  • Foster key strategic relationships with social media creators and paid ambassadors and spokespeople (who may include athletes, actors, musicians and/or entertainers) across the marketing spectrum and maintain a positive working relationship with targeted partners, agents, brokers, platforms and stakeholders to generate positive association / endorsement / sentiment and/or unique strategic alliances on behalf of our clients. 
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, gaining their trust.
  • Maintain well organized and efficient accounts. 
  • Partner with finance on payments and tracking all invoices and accounts payable.
  • Assist Senior Leaders with legal on all contracts and SOWs. 
  • Deliver forward-thinking, best-in-class, thought leadership on social media and creator marketing by successfully advancing and implementing emerging trends, industry standards, discipline-specific tools, ‘best-in-class’ processes, practice updates as well as operational enhancements and learnings. 
  • Work closely with paid media partners to ensure reach, engagement and conversion efforts are established for each campaign.
  • Analyze performance metrics and oversee campaign reporting.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, advertising or communications preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years agency (or in-house) experience in a digital / social role with heavy experience in executing social campaigns for brand channels and/or creator marketing programs 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, smart creator marketing strategy that meets client objectives 
  • Deep and intricate knowledge of the creator marketing space including tools, relationships with creators, best and worst practices and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders 
  • Expertise in social marketing platforms, with proficiencies in media, measurement and publishing tools 
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the space 
  • Ability to gather client requirements and effectively translate them into a cohesive social media strategy, complete with associated work plans for earned, owned and paid social media 
  • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize strategic recommendations in clear, cogent fashion 
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments for projects from concept to completion. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$64,480 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$80,000 annually
