Hybrid Role | Warriewood, Sydney | B2B Account ManagementAre you passionate about client success, account growth, and long-term relationship building? A fast-growing tech business is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage a portfolio of loyal clients and support their success.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on proactive account management, enjoys helping customers get the most out of their solution, and is comfortable identifying upsell opportunities without the hard sell.About the Role
After the initial 90-day onboarding period, you’ll take full ownership of the client relationship supporting adoption, driving retention, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You’ll run regular value check-ins to ensure clients are getting the most from the product, while proactively growing accounts.
This relationship-focused role is all about delivering value, boosting satisfaction, and increasing advocacy. You’ll be the go-to contact for a growing portfolio of small–medium businesses and collaborating with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of high value clients
  • Educate clients on new features, product updates and best practices
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Handle renewal, product updates and account expansions
  • Monitor usage and health of accounts to minimise churn
  • Conduct regular check-ins and client reviews (virtual & phone-based)
  • Provide insights and feedback to product, sales & marketing teams
  • Resolve client queries with support from internal teams
  • Maintain accurate client records using HubSpot and RingCentral

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years in account management or customer success
  • Hunter mindset – confident discussing growth and spotting opportunities
  • Comfortable discussing features, upselling and negotiating renewals
  • Automotive industry knowledge a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent communicator who can build rapport and trust
  • Organised multitasker who can juggle priorities with ease
  • Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot and virtual platforms like Zoom
  • Collaborative, driven, and passionate about client experience
