Your mission will be to understand their unique needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value. With a focus on value-based selling, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market leading digital toolsResponsibilitiesSales & Growth:Create and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets.Use data to guide decisions and understand client performance.Sell event participation, digital products, sponsorships, and branding.Client Engagement:Be a trusted advisor, sharing industry knowledge.Engage clients in person and digitally, understanding their needs.Develop proposals, showcase event value, and negotiate contracts.Use data to highlight event benefits and find new opportunities.New Business:Attract new companies to events.Attend industry events to gather insights and build relationships.Collaborate with marketing to attract and respond to leads.Identify and engage potential exhibitors and sponsors.Performance & Development:Accurately record customer interactions in Salesforce.Maintain a reliable sales pipeline.Seek new solutions and take risks.Identify training needs and seek feedback for improvement.Industry Expertise:Monitor trends and customer feedback to drive innovation.Stay updated on trends and technologies, representing RX Global at events.Requirements:Experience: Proven Direct Sales or exhibitions, driving revenue growth.Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of energy market trends and exhibition dynamics.Data Proficiency: Skilled in using data and CRM systems like Salesforce.Client Management: Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.Working for youWe know that your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
