You lead relationships with clarity and vision, ensuring every campaign is strategically sound, flawlessly executed, and creatively outstanding.Responsibilities:

• Own and nurture the client relationship, serving as the primary contact across all communications.
• Lead the development of annual scopes, campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets in partnership with clients.
• Translate business objectives into actionable strategies and clear creative briefs.
• Manage internal teams—creative, production, strategy, tech, and media—to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
• Proactively manage expectations, addressing challenges with diplomacy and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support organic business development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management in a similar position, preferably within large international agencies.
• Strong foundation in brand strategy, campaign planning, and marketing communications.
• Proven ability to write briefs and guide creative development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of omni-channel and integrated project leadership.
• Experience managing large projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
