Mosaic is looking for a Coordinator to work and support a large consumer electronics client for the holiday season! This Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for their assigned account in the Retail and Sales space, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to their team on a national basis!

Responsibilities:

• • Manage a team of Assisted Selling Reps : Support on interviewing, training, onboarding, offboarding and day to day communication with the in-field team
  • Coordinate team efforts in ongoing development of a high-performing field team
  • Drive training and communication strategies to optimize your team’s results, engagement, and retention
  • Sales oriented and the ability to coach infield staff on areas of growth , an understanding of sales is an asset
  • Support data integrity and reporting requirements : collection from in-field staff and provide reporting back to the client team
  • Strong orientation to identifying and maintaining operational best practices
  • Ability to analyze business results and report on key insights, and develop action plans to address opportunities
  • Administration of payroll and management of expenses
  • Proactively identify problems and develop solutions within guidelines of a program. Anticipate problems and solutions
  • Interact with key client contacts to understand upcoming initiatives, product launches and on-site execution needs
  • Manage client expectations and help to make all plans operational

• • College or University Degree
  • 0-3 years of in office experience
  • Availability for a contract of September/ASAP –February 5 th , 2023
  • Ability to work remotely on Eastern Standard Time Zone
  • Strong leadership experience managing a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends to remotely support Brand Ambassadors during in-store events
  • Strong business acumen – budgeting is something you have an affinity for
  • Highly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions
  • Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships
  • Able to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous follow up, proactive
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite and ability to work in a digital work environment
