Job Summary
The RBC Global Asset Management Marketing & Community Engagement Intern offers an unparalleled opportunity for an undergraduate student to gain experience within corporate citizenship & marketing within Global Asset Management industry in Canada. In this role, the student will work with the Marketing & Community Engagement team to support the implementation and execution of some of RBC GAM’s community engagement/investments partners.
Job Description
What will you do?
- Help to plan and activate GAM’s strategic community investments, including project management and event execution
- Support the RBC GAM Employee Community Engagement Program, including participating in volunteering activities
- Participate in ongoing meetings with our community engagement/investments partners, to gain a better understanding of our work and partnerships
- Contribute to all parts of the Marketing & Community Engagement team’s activities.

Must-have:
- Desire to learn and eagerness to make a meaningful contribution to the team environment at RBC Global Asset Management
- Track record of outstanding academic achievement
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to operate as a key contributor in a team-based environment
- Collaborative, team player
- Nice-to-have:
- Past experience volunteering within the charitable sector
- Curious about GAM and corporate citizenship
- Participation in diverse extracurricular activities
