Job description: Are you a certified personal trainer looking for more than just gym floor hours and sales quotas? GYMGUYZ Canton & Mansfield OH is hiring motivated, mobile trainers who want to build a rewarding career and make a real impact – no cold calls or selling required.💪 What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1-on-1 or small group personal training in clients’ homes
• Create and adjust custom workouts using our fitness app
• Track client progress and keep them motivated
• Maintain schedules and session notes
• Attend monthly team meetings and community outreach events
• Provide a top-notch client experience

✅ What You’ll Need

• Personal Trainer Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc. – nationally accredited)
• CPR/AED Certification
• Fitness and basic nutrition knowledge
• Willing to travel within Mansfield OH
• Comfortable using mobile apps and tech tools
• Great communication and people skills
• Open to learning and feedback
• Committed to growing a client base
