Job Description:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive patient engagement. This position will play a pivotal role in exploring, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with authentic influencers who can serve as true advocates for our brand.

- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Authentic Influence Exploration: Identify and research influencers who are not only aligned with our brand values but also demonstrate a true loyalty and genuine usage of our products.
- Relationship Cultivation: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with these influencers, fostering a community of authentic advocates who are passionate about our brand.
- Strategic Collaborations: Develop and implement tailored influencer marketing strategies that highlight real stories and experiences, showcasing the influencer’s genuine connection with the brand.
- Campaign Management: Oversee impactful influencer campaigns that leverage the authenticity of our advocates, ensuring that messaging is consistent and resonates with audiences.
- Content Co-Creation: Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic content that reflects their genuine experiences with our brand, emphasizing trust and relatability.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships by monitoring engagement metrics and consumer feedback, ensuring that our collaborations yield authentic advocacy.
- Brand Loyalty Research: Conduct regular assessments of influencer loyalty and their impact on brand perception among their followers, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, allocating resources towards partnerships that foster genuine loyalty and advocacy.
Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件(スキル、知識、経験、資格)
Professional and academic experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing

- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the influencer landscape, with the ability to analyze data and derive insights related to authenticity and brand loyalty.
- Relationship Building: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Execution excellence: Skilled in managing multiple project timelines, budgets, and resources while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data analytics to inform strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Leadership skills: Solid leader capable of coordinating diverse internal and external team members and stakeholders across various business areas.
- Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with social media management tools and analytics software is a plus
- PR Collaboration: Familiarity with public relations and brand collaboration strategies is a plus
